Rabbit Holes 2026

Published

There are curious young people scattered across the country who spend an unhealthy number of hours investigating things that people around them barely understand. Many haven't yet found people who share their interests.

We know the feeling. We grew up doing much the same and were fortunate enough to find people on the Internet who encouraged (and backed!) us.

Rabbit Holes 2026 is our little attempt to return the favour.

We invite you to pick something about computing that fascinates you, investigate it, and write about what you discover.

Between us, we have GPUs and friends who'd be delighted to help. If you're working on something interesting and could use a little help, write to us. We'd love to help you take your experiments further wherever we can.

We'll read your investigations, share the work we particularly enjoy, and perhaps continue exploring some of these ideas with you. We prefer asynchronous conversations. You don't need to pitch yourself, prepare slides, or polish a demo to get our attention. A thoughtful email about something you've been investigating is more than enough to start a conversation. Or talk to us in our support server.

We're also pooling together some money to reward our favourite investigations. More on that soon.
